Overview:

This course covers how to develop, revise and monitor order fulfilment guidelines with the industry standards and in accordance to defined customer experience as well as execute order fulfilment activities in accordance with service level agreements.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the course, the learner is able to:

• Identify the basics of supply chain management and process

• Manage and review the performance of third-party logistics partners

• Develop processes for re-ordering of stocks with internal stake holders by tracking inventory levels, forecasting, the inventory that is needed, and suggesting with a sustainable stock model

• Oversee the processes of order fulfilment processes

• Create a sustainable order fulfilment process

• Identify processes for order tracking and the types of order-tracking processes

• Determine the regulations and requirements of import and export involved in managing e-commerce logistics

Certification

Two e-certificates will be awarded to trainees who have demonstrated competency in the WSQ assessment and achieved at least 75% attendance.

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “N” level with at least 3 GCE “N” Level Passes

• Able to speak, listen, write, and read English at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 5

• At least 1 year of sales and marketing working experience.
